Intuitive Nutrition Program (January 2024)

A 6-week supported Intuitive Nutrition Program.

We’ve compiled this program with over 20 years of knowledge, trials and tests so that you can simply jump right into the easy part where you kickstart your health in just over 6 weeks.

The course is made up of 4 complete modules with information and a practical element which will be covered over 6 weeks:

• Weekly live Zoom call covering essential information
• Weekly ‘kitchen talk’ teaching and implementing practical cooking skills
• Recorded video recipes bringing you inspiration straight from the kitchen to yours
• Resource manual with vital nutritional and health information

The Intuitive Nutrition Program starts on the 22nd of January 2023
and will run for 6 weeks:

Evening Zoom Calls are on Mondays 7.30pm – 8.30pm and each week we’ll send you the zoom link via email and telegram.

All course content will be accessible from your own course page, and recordings will be uploaded and made available after every session.
