Since 2005 I have been presenting workshops and talks on diet and lifestyle and getting feedback from people about the challenges they are facing day to day. I have taken the best of what I have learnt and put it into a jam-packed health & wellness immersion.

We will be hosting this event at our home in the garden route near Plett. Besides delicious food and a ton of practical information, you will also get a chance to learn from seeing what we have done on our farm to be sustainable and off the grid.
